Womb Hara
MASSAGE
Your womb space is a source of creativity, intuition, grief, desire, and life-force all moving through your body.
Womb Hara Massage
is a gentle, deeply held form of abdominal bodywork that works with this centre directly: releasing physical tension, stagnant emotion and old patterns stored in the belly, hips and pelvic bowl.
This work is for you if you're feeling disconnected from your body, holding unprocessed grief or shock in your belly, moving through cycles of burnout, over-giving or people pleasing. Navigating fertility, birth trauma, reproductive health or simply longing to connect to the deepest essence of you in a slower, more embodied way.

Frequently Asked Questions

No you do not need to have a physcial womb to recieve this bodywork. This type of massage can be incredibly supportive in connecting to your energetic womb space which can support a healing process in and of itself.
-
We will begin by intentionally opening the space. Landing and ground together, giving you a space to share, to feel, to laugh, to cry. This is the opening of our journey and every bit of what you are holding is welcome to be here.
We will then move into the bodywork which can last up to 2.5 hours. This includes your back, coxxys, abdomine and womb space.
Together, we will tune into the frequency of your womb with a gentle, slow and relaxed pace.
To support the integration, at the end of the bodywork I will offer the Rebozo wrapping which will last around 10 minutes. This is always optional and you do not have to receive if you would prefer not too.
As emotions can arise during a session, there will always be space to share a tea whilst you integrate, share anything you feel you need too and settle.

I work on the back, coccyx, abdomen and womb area. With the majority of the massage focusing on the abdomen and womb spaces.

This is a 3 hour deep dive into you and your womb. We will look at whats going on for you in your life and a place to support you in what you are holding. For this level of holding the investment is £250. Payment plans are available upon request.
If money is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch as I am always happy to work out an arrangement that suits everyone.

You never have to do anything you don’t want to in my sessions and I always check in throughout the massage, asking for consent before and during, whether you would like to be wrapped. You can say no at any time including during the wrapping.
I will never leave the room during a wrapping.

The word Hara, originating from Japan, is the space between the root and belly button.
This area of our abdomen is traditionally seen to be where our life purpose is formed.
It is seen as the cosmic link to the physical and energetic realms and is the source of Ki, our life force energy.
