Having been born into a world where women are seen as lower than others and our sex, sexuality & sensual life force has been commoditised and turned into trade, I set it as my personal mission on this earth to support women to remember how incredibly powerful we are and that our sexual life force is not for anyone else to take and use but for us to connect too and wield with grace, love, compassion and integrity.

I want so badly to see women flourish in this world, to stand in their power and remember their worth. To feel confident to speak their deepest truths and hold that standard for themselves.

I believe that by going deep into our body, mind and energetic field, journeying within, is where the deepest transformations can occur and support us to move differently in the world, make different choices and take care of our nervous systems at the same time.

I have lived in many countries and journeyed through my own inner demons, the ones who told me I’m not good enough, the ones who told me I’m not loveable, the ones who told me I had to stay small, to please others and step so far over my boundaries I didn’t know I had any! I have seen the darkness and swam deep within it and I have seen the fruits of the light when I have done the work to come out of it.
