ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Rachael Iona

I am a certified Somatic Sex Coach with the Institute of Somatic Sexology. VITA Love, Sex and Relationship coach trained by Layla Martin, and a certified Kundalini Embodiment Practitioner. I weave these modalities into my work based on you and what you need.

With a thirst for knowledge, I have been broadening my practice over many years integrating different modalities to support the expansion of my personal and professional practice which I now weave into the potent work that I love to do with my clients.

For much of my life I didn’t know how to set boundaries or that I could feel safe in my body. Spending years dissociating, without the tools to help support my nervous system. These tools have supported me and I am so excited to share them with you!

I love movement, dancing, singing, learning new things and embodying them into my practice. Having lived all over the world, in the Amazon jungle to the Caves of Spain and many other wonderful places, these experiences of living within nature, connecting spiritually to the land and building my theoretical studies supports my work today.
